Soooo....

I haven't written for a VERY long time. 6 months or so? I'm sure most of you keep caught up with my shenanigans on Facebook but whatever :)

So...last I wrote I was moving into Scott's house in Bondurant. Well, we're here and we've been making it our home since. Boston's room was pretty much the first thing done. I wanted him to feel like this was his home so we got that "done" right away. There's still a couple things that need to be done (trim mostly) but we're calling it good.

Scott finished siding the house. It looks so much nicer than the OLD 1890's siding that was on it. Not quite as raggedy looking as it was! Part of that was also putting in new windows also. All windows in the house are now new and safe. All this included flashing and a little painting. There's a little soffit left to paint but its too cold now so we're waiting for spring.

Boston started preschool and is doing SO WELL!!! He's a genius lol I love hearing about the friends he plays with and how easily he drops off. I was worried about him and his social skills since he's really only been around family. He's doing great though! I also put him in swimming classes because I know we'll be on the boat a lot this coming summer (Yes, Scott also bought a boat. That's for another time :)) Boston is not doing very well in the swimming classes...he's very scared and DOES NOT want to put his head anywhere NEAR under the water. I'm hoping that I can find another session this winter because I really want to get him used to it so he can have fun this summer :/ Poor kid. I feel bad but I really don't want to force it because I think forcing it will only make it worse.

We got our puppy Sandy. She's such a lover but thinks she's a lap dog. At 8 months old she's far from that! She's quite large! She's the annoying little sister right now but we love her. My mom took her to puppy classes and they are paying off. She's doing much better with listening. I need to work with her more but when I put her on the leash to train she wants to go for a walk and its too freakin' cold right now to walk. Sorry Sandy!

Scott also decided to put in a fireplace in our living room (because he's a baby when it comes to being cold lol). He's got it up and running and the surrounding shelves/walls are left. He's the type of person who always need something to do, ESPECIALLY in the winter (he gets crabby) :)

ALSO, he bought me a new car. 2014 Dodge Dart...ORANGE! :) I love it. I didn't realize how horrible my old car was until I got my new one. I think he loves me a little bit. Just a little...

Anyways, we've had our ups and downs as any couple does but I'm loving life and wouldn't change a thing. I'll post pictures eventually, just wanted to kinda get caught up.
