Alright, so it has been over a month since a last wrote on here. That bothers me. Because it has been so long I might now remember everything that has happened that I might have wanted to write about. Damn.
I didn't get the NCMIC job. Morons.
We went to Fargo (Hillsboro), ND on the 10th. We celebrated Madison's 7th birthday and Christmas. Grandma Sharon got some much needed time with Boston while we went shopping with Madison after we picked her up from school on Friday. We bought her some clothes THAT FIT, since her mother doesn't know how to. But that's another story. And we let her pick out a present that she wanted to give to Boston. For her birthday she got the clothes and then for Christmas...
We got her a guitar. She has become infatuated with music. Taylor Swift and Michael Jackson are her favorite.
Boston got her the new Taylor Swift CD. She LOVED it!!
And a big comfy Broncos blanket (yuck)
We pretty much hung out all weekend. We were going to go sledding but the wind was so bad and the only hill in HILLSboro was facing that icy cold wind so we decided to just go back.
They don't look alike or anything do they?! Both in the Broncos outfits sitting on her new Broncos blanket.
Daddy and his kids, gettin' ready to take Madison back home. :( She was very sad but managed to put on a smile for the picture.
We had to take Madison home Sunday night. Now, she has had a cough since the came down for Bostons birth and still had it. It sounded horrible too. When Jon dropped her off at her moms he asked about Madison being at the doctor. She said that she had taken her there and they just said it was a virus, but Jon didn't believe her. The entire southern half of Minnesota was closed down. Yay. So, because of the weather we ended up having to stay until Monday so we decided to get Madison out of school and take her to the doctor. It wasn't a 'virus', again...another story. Anyways, we left shortly thereafter...about 1:15 PM. Because of the weather and Boston needing to eat and be changed and stuff we didn't get home until midnight! It was a stressful ride home with it being icy and Boston not cooperating. I think we might travel in the middle of the night like we did on the way there so avoid the craziness!
It was a good time though. We got a lot of presents and so did Boston. It sucks that we don't get to see them more often. Especially Madison, she wants her Daddy. :(
